Stucco
Texture
Stucco texture is one of the most defining elements of an exterior—and when executed with intention, it elevates a home from ordinary to architecturally refined.
Texture influences how light moves across the façade, the character of the elevation, and how seamlessly stucco integrates with stone, brick, trim profiles, and surrounding landscape design. Precision Development specializes in delivering hand-crafted textures that enhance durability and maintain their beauty for years to come.
Precision offers four standard finish options:
#3 Sand Finish, #4 “Poquito” Sand Finish, Skip Trowel Finish, and Torpedo Sand Finish.
Each texture carries its own nuances and can complement both traditional and modern architectural styles, depending on the project’s design intent.
For clients seeking a more elevated aesthetic, Precision provides two upgraded finish options: a #4 Smooth/Flat Sand Finish and a Steel Trowel / LaHabra Finish. Our #4 Smooth/Flat finish is a refined evolution of the standard #4 Poquito, created by slowing down the application process to remove as much surface texture as possible for a cleaner, more contemporary appearance. (See our Integral Color page for more insight into Steel Trowel finishes and their color-performance advantages.)
Whether a project calls for a refined troweled finish or a classic sand float, the focus is always on craftsmanship and consistency. Every texture is applied the right way—not the fast way—to ensure lasting durability and a finished product that truly stands the test of time.
